What we Do

Angelica Weihs Events is a professional event planning and coordinating service focused on beautiful celebrations of love and life since 2002. We bring together a diverse team of local and socially responsible vendors to create events which are beautiful inside and out.

We are sensitive to the wishes of our clients, responsible for the perfection of our performance and attentive to the vibrancy of our design. We might be exuberant at times, but not wasteful. We love what we do and we love our couples to relax into the amazing day they have planned.

We offer several packages and customized assistance for intimate celebrations, eccentric parties, elegant weddings or huge fiestas. Wedding planning services start at $1200 and are often 10-15% of the overall budget.

Wedding Production

This package is designed for couples with a vision but no time to manifest it. We will discuss your ideas and transform them into a gorgeous design and a detailed planning list, which will be realized by us while keeping you updated through a progress report on every step of the way. You are involved without loosing any time. Choosing this package ensures that all of the details of your wedding will be taken care of in a timely, eco-conscious and professional way.

Wedding Assistance

If several components of your wedding are planned, but you’d like professional wedding coordination in specific areas, this package offers you the perfect in-between. You’ll receive a list of services and just check what you need: planning meeting with design, timeline and basic budget, vendor recommendations, estimates, location search, day of coordination of all details....

Wedding Day Coordination

This package is for couples who have done it all and now would like to relax and enjoy their wedding day without any worries. We’ll communicate with all vendors, coordinate the time line, supervise set-up and performance and handle any last minute details. We will be up to ten hours on site to ensure a flawless flow of your event.

Consulting

If you can’t find the right location, would like a detailed plan of how to green your wedding or just need recommendation for special vendors we are happy to help.
